Individual Triathlon Coaching:
Are you looking to take your training and racing to the next level? This individual approach is just what you need:

  •  Customized weekly training plans to meet your personal goals and needs. 
Includes seasonal and annual plans featuring; 
  • Testing and analysis to find heart rate training zones 
  • Strength training 
  • Race day nutrition 
  • Unlimited email or telephone access 
  • Local athletes can meet with me threw the YMCA for swim work.
(For non-local athletes I offer a phone consultation, Skype chat, and or email of video analysis.)
Individual Coaching - $95 / month


    Training Plan Only:
    After meeting with you for a consultation (or talking by phone for those that are not local), I will design a weekly training plan customized for your goals and needs. All my plans are sent by email in an Excel document.                                                            
                                                                            
    I would recommend this option for the causal athlete, those running a 5k or first half-marathon or maybe a sprint triathlon for the first time.

    But if you’re looking to really improve in your sport or tackle a marathon or Ironman, the individual coaching is for you.
                                                               $100 one time fee, for up to 12-weeks
    $130 for 18-24 weeks, for marathons,
     half or full distance triathlons.

    Single Sport Training Options

    All single sport options include the benefits listed above in individual coaching.


    • Swim Coaching: Swim stroke analysis, drills to make your stroke stronger and more efficient, and a week-by-week workout plan. This option is aimed to help all levels from beginners to the avid swimmers.
    • Cycle Coaching: Pedal stroke analysis, drills to improve power and strength along with efficiency, heart rate testing to determine heart rate training zones, and a week-by-week training plan to keep you on track for your next big race or ride.

    • Run Coaching: Run analysis, drills for efficient run mechanics and power, heart rate testing to determine heart rate training zones, and a week-by-week training plan to help you reach your goals, whether that be your first 5k or gaining that qualifying spot for the Boston Marathon.

    Individual Training Sessions: 
    One-time analysis available for any of the 3 sports.

    • Swim stroke analysis and instruction on drills to improve.
    • Pedal stroke analysis + drills to correct.
    • Run analysis and correction drills
    • Consultations on the mental aspects of training and racing.
    • Race day nutritional analysis
                                                                            $30/ hour Individual Training Session
